Office space carries requirements a warehouse does not. Accessibility across entrances, routes, restrooms, and parking. Egress and fire separation set by occupancy classification and occupant load. Mechanical systems sized for people rather than storage, with zoning for comfort. Acoustic separation between meeting rooms and open areas. Data and power distribution routed to where the work actually happens.
A fixed date
A firm relocating from an existing home has a move date that is not flexible. Working back from spring 2027 means plan review, long lead items, and finish selections all get scheduled against that fixed point rather than treated as sequential steps.
