Founder
Keith Horn
Keith brings decades of construction and general contracting experience to Horn Construction Group. He holds rigorous safety standards on every site, stays ahead of problems rather than reacting to them, and maintains the subcontractor partnerships that keep a project moving.
His involvement is direct. Keith walks the site before a budget is written, and he is on the job during construction. On a project of the size Horn takes on, that means questions get answered by someone with the authority to decide, rather than routed through a project manager carrying several other jobs.
Keith holds the Tennessee contractor license the company operates under, #83639, with a BC Unlimited classification.

Brian Pierce
Brian brings extensive executive leadership and experience launching new businesses to Horn Construction Group. He focuses on operational scaling, market expansion, and enterprise value.
His record of building high-performing teams and sharpening business strategy keeps the company organized as it takes on larger commercial work. That work sits behind the scenes, in the systems that make estimating consistent, schedules reliable, and communication predictable across multiple active projects.

How a Horn project is staffed
Horn is a general contractor. We hold the contract, manage the site, and coordinate the trades who perform the work.
Direct principal involvement
Keith walks the site, writes the budget, and is present during construction. There is no handoff between the person who priced the job and the person who runs it.
Established subcontractors
Concrete, steel, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and finish trades are drawn from relationships built across twenty years in this region, not assembled per project.
One point of contact
You deal with Horn. We deal with the trades, the county, the inspectors, and the suppliers. Coordination between them is our responsibility, not yours.
